Last August our family was looking for a home in central Alberta. We had a long list of needs for a home and community. We looked in many areas and a lot of homes and Laurie was so knowledgeable about communities and homes. She brought things to our attentions that we wouldn’t have noticed and we’re very helpful. When we found a home in eckville that fit our family’s needs she was so helpful about the community as her own kids played hockey there and they were members of the community. We recently sold a home using Laurie as our realtor.  We found her to be professional and extremely easy to work with.
In particular we appreciated the following:
We were notified about the status of our sale at every step of the process. 
When there were no showings due to winter and all sales in the area being slow, she planned an open house and ensured that the house showed on a rotation in the local paper to try to spark some interest.
Laurie notified us each time our house was being shown by herself or another realtor. This was extremely helpful as we were able to mow grass etc. prior if possible so it showed in the best light.
As a go between the buyer and seller we found Laurie was supportive and helpful with suggestions.
We were able to ask any questions regarding the realty process in general and later the actual process as the sale was completed.
 
We whole heartedly recommend Laurie to anyone buying or selling property.
